The Italian Realtor in Ra’anana

Hi! I’m David Zarfati,

also known as “The Italian Realtor in Ra’anana.”

I started my real estate journey in 2021 with Keller Williams Ra’anana. In just four years, I’ve closed over 100 deals and achieved a 90% success rate. I was named Top Producer three years in a row — the result of hard work, dedication, and outstanding teamwork.

I’m proud to mentor new agents and share what I’ve learned along the way. Not every deal was successful, but each one taught me something valuable.

Today, I’m part of the office leadership team and lead “Team Energy” together with the amazing Ravit Farhi. We work closely with a strong network of professionals — including lawyers and mortgage consultants — to make every step easier for our clients.

Keller Williams Ra’anana is more than an office — it’s a family. We collaborate, support each other, and manage to sell most properties within a month of getting exclusivity. I’m also active in cities across Israel thanks to the strength of our national network.
